The Company completed 34 years successfully as of 16.12.2025 and is marching ahead to achieve NoF of Rs. 10.00 Crores as on 31.03.2027, as stipulated by the RBI. ABREPOSE FINANCIAL AND TECHNICAL SERVICES LIMITED was incorporated as a Public Limited Company, under the Companies Act, 1956. The Company was registered with ROC, Hyderabad (No. 013572) on 16.12.1991, and commenced operations in December, 1992. The Registered Office of the Company is located at “SRINIVASAM”, 16-11-16/184, 2nd Floor, SRIPURAM COLONY, MALAKPET, HYDERABAD – 500036, Telangana State.

The Company was promoted by the RETIRED EMPLOYEES of e-ANDHRA BANK. The acronym “ABREPOSE” stands for “ANDHRA BANK RETIRED EMPLOYEES’ PROJECTS OF SELF-ENGAGEMENT”.

The broad objectives of the Company are to organise the Retired Employees to channel their energies and to utilise their EXPERIENCE, EXPERTISE and EXPOSURE to various fields in Banking Activity for productive purposes and to create post-retirement vocational opportunities for them.

The Company was registered as NBFC with RBI, Hyderabad under RBI Act, 1934 (No. B-09.00379 dated 13.12.2001) to carry on business as NON-DEPOSIT TAKING, NON-SYSTEMICALLY IMPORTANT COMPANY. The Activity of the Company is lending as well as providing technical and financial services.

The Management of the Company rests in Retired Employees of Andhra Bank and Union Bank of India. At present, there are 10 Directors on the Board, including 1 Retired Executive of Scale VII Cadre, 3 of Scale VI Cadre, 4 of Scale V Cadre, 1 of Scale IV Cadre and one of Scale III Cadre.

The authorised capital of the Company is Rs. 10 Crore and Paid-up capital is Rs. 7.43 Crore as on 31.03.2026 (which includes Equity Share Capital of Rs. 6.60 Crore and Compulsorily Convertible Preferential Shares of Rs. 0.83 Crore)

The Regd. & Administrative Office was shifted from Plot No. 4, 1st Floor, Andhra Bank Colony to decent and spacious premises at “SRINIVASAM”, 16-11-16/184, 2nd Floor, SRIPURAM COLONY, MALAKPET, HYDERABAD – 500036 on 29.12.2021.

Started Gold Loans on 19.02.2022 to facilitate our shareholders and the general public in utilising the said facility.
