The Authorised Capital of the Company ABREPOSE SERVICES LIMITED is Rs. 10.00 lacs and Paid-up Capital is Rs. 5.00 Lacs. The parent company has invested Rs.4,99,910/- and the other 9 Directors of the Parent Company have invested Rs.10/- each (The share value is Rs.10/- only). Out of 50,000 shares 49,991 shares are held by the Parent Company constituting 99.982% of Total Shares.
Subsidiary Company ABREPOSE SERVICES LIMITED is manning the counters for the sale of Darshan Tickets, ArjithaSeva Tickets and Prasadam Tickets at the Following Reputed Temples on behalf of UNION BANK OF INDIA and also rendering Recovery of Credit Card dues by Tele-Callers and Record Maintenance and CCD & MBA Department, Union Bank of India.
